Raw,

Take the cover off of the breaker panel and check for loose connections at the breakers.

Be extrememly careful, even if you have a main breaker you can open/turn off.

You might also check for loose connections at the exterior disconnects.

If you can't find any loose connections I would suspect a faulty electric motor.

Some motors need regular lubing, others don't.

Do you have a package unit or a seperate air handler?
