Plant did not "begin to discover" there was no contract with DHS until November 2006? Who signed the contract for CyberKey? Wasn't such an important contract reviewed by CyberKey's attorneys?

Why would DHS make payments on the contract if no product was received?

And, finally, how is it possible that Plant would not be aware that $20,000,000 had not been deposited in CyberKey's bank account?

Totally, thoroughly unbelieveable!
