FLCR News! FullCircle Registry Forms Strategic Marketing Alliance with CHG Allied, Inc.

LOUISVILLE, Ky., Nov. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- FullCircle Registry, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: FLCR - News) today announced that it has entered into a strategic marketing alliance with CHG Allied, Inc. (CHG), one of the nation's largest providers of ancillary health benefits servicing over one million households. FullCircle Registry will be marketing a GoodHealth card that offers benefits provided primarily by CHG and targets the 44 million Americans that have no health insurance and the 29 million that are "underinsured". The strategic partnership also calls for CHG to market a number of FullCircle Registry's products and services to its customers.

CHG has developed a nationwide network of service providers. Members can choose from more than 400,000 primary care and medical specialists, dentists, hospitals, chiropractors, eye-care providers, 24/7 nurse hotlines, alternative medicine providers and more, while receiving discounts on prescriptions and laboratory testing. Members enjoy discounts that range up to 60 percent of the provider's regular fee or cost of the item or service provided.

FullCircle Registry currently includes certain CHG benefits in its Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) and Medical Reimbursement Plan (MRP). "CHG benefits that are bundled with our HRA and MRP programs deliver significant value to employees and association members," stated Trent Oakley, Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at FullCircle Registry, Inc. "Many employers do not provide dental, vision, hearing or chiropractic benefits to their employees. When employers adopt our HRA plan, not only do they realize significant savings in healthcare costs, but their employees gain automatic access to the healthcare networks developed by CHG."

Under the strategic alliance, CHG will market FullCircle Registry's Medical Reimbursement Plan (MRP) to people who are self-employed. "The MRP for the self-employed has unlimited marketing potential when combined with our product lines," stated Lee Gerber, President of CHG Allied, Inc. "Our Mini-Med insurance polices are very complementary with the MRP. Customers will automatically receive the FullCircle Registry emergency information access service, further distinguishing our product from other plans on the market."
