Netsmart's Mgt team is really scrambling to spin the judge's ruling into a positive. They really need to justify how they went about this. There are probably a half dozen or so companies that might have paid heftier price. Forget what the company is worth today even. They are now in a position to dominate the marketplace with basically one big competitor left in the space. Seems like a smell of desperation is in the air. It also feels like that if the deal falls through then the stock could pop. Decent volume and movement up. Something we haven't had in about 6 months.
