Keep trying to get your answers Speckulater

The company may not have answered every question exactly the way you may have wanted them to Speckulater, but they did respond. I am sure if they answered all of your questions, you probably would have more. Good on you for being informed. Your responses albeit have good intentions but I don’t know what they resolve. As for the company’s responses, I can understand why they also said:

“As far as news releases, etc., and notifications of things like I have described above go, it is very standard and in fact considered best practice to limit disclosure during open transactions. As such, the company and its counsel have resisted the urge to "set the market straight", as all appropriate and required disclosure has been made ongoing, and to add to that in a limited way without being in a position to 'step into the fray' and engage in active dialogue concerning sensitive disclosure issues is really only adding fuel to the flames.”

I know the only thing that will completely satisfy all of us is action. You want people to answer your questions and you want to see the merger complete, so do I. But I personally think nobody benefits from more responses based on speculation. Like I said before, keep contacting the company and get your answers and then post them so we are informed.

Respectfully,

Killian6
