eloquently written gandalf. ok ctb, fair enough. what i'm looking for is when exactly was the "gag" in place? i've been in since i bought into amep when it was running to .14 last summer. i have even bought in the .11 range but i have avg'd down and i'm in the green so to speak but not like others here as gandalf wrote.

i have taken the gag issue at face value. the point i'm driving at is we had pr's, ie... jacobson lic agreement, etc.

and for the pr's to evaporate and investor's told news would be out "soon" with none released is called: a credibility issue. imho.
