Gargantuanly OT - aloha & dpb

First, to tackle that oh so important astrology thingie. No, dpb, I'm not even close to being a Taurus. Actually, I was born on the cusp of two signs, midday 12:01 of Scorpio and Sagittarius. Now go look up those two signs and tell me there ain't something to this astrology hooha. It's a day full of cataclysmic events, i.e. that's also the day that President Kennedy was shot.

Although I'm in no way pronouncing my birth as earth-shattering as the President's death.<G>

dpb - You got the looks all wrong. I guess I do sound tall. LOL No, amazingly the fair English/German side took over...light reddish brown hair, hazel eyes, and I'm only 5'5'. And my unique look is actually a side-ways glance that'd melt most hearts. <G>

However, you were on to a few things. Yes, I'd happily call GJ an a-hole over the public address system of the grocery store. I also had a Dalmation, who sadly died too young from kidney failure. I currently have a Shih Tzu, and a brand new Pug puppy. I do desire a grander lifestyle, but am quite content to merely pay the bills and save a little. I always overtip...waitressing looks like a ***** of a job. My lucky number is and always has been "8." It's in everything I do, all phone numbers, my SS number, it follows me. Plus, I think it's the sexiest number...look at those unending curves. And, last, but not least, my favorite color is purple and, therefore, my favorite flowers are lilacs and wisteria.

Oh, and the nail thing...well that's interesting. Since I play the piano, I can't sport long nails, therefore I try and keep my little stubbies looking their best. <G>

If both you and aloha are seeing a thread of superstition running through my thoughts....that's the Romanian side. My grandmother really did read tea-leaves and Tarot cards, we hugely believe in dreams, intuition, esp, etc. and I DO see dead people. LOL

Now, dpb, after telling you more than you ever cared to know about (Me)(Me) (I'm feeling hugely over-indulgent and self-absorbed here), which is it blonde or brown, blue or brown? And anybody else who cares to fess up, throw it on out there! What makes you...you. You've certainly got to be more interesting than this freakin' stock.
