Latest from court - 03/14/2007 177 ORDER
on 3/8/07, defendants Universal Express, Altomare, and Gunderson filed a motion for reconsideration of this Court's decision denying them summary judgment and instead granting summary judgment to plaintiff. As the motion merely repeats arguments that were fully considered and rejected by the Court in its 2/21/07, opinion addressing summary judgment, the motion is denied. So Ordered.
