Bundles of Opportunity
By offering inexpensive, reliable international long-distance telephone services, each eClub accumulates customer profiles and patterns. This information enables the club to increase revenues and strengthen subscriber retention through “bundling” -- offering additional products or services likely to be of interest to an individual club’s target ethnic group. The key is to offer products that are both unique and essential.
The products are unique because they are not normally found in the consumer’s adoptive country. They are primarily sold “back home.” However, these same products and services also are essential to friends and relatives still living in the “home country.” By having a telecommunications network in place, a substantial subscriber base, and “back office” infrastructure, eClubs are in a unique position to successfully bundle additional products and services.
eClubs offer members a way to purchase those unique and essential products in their adoptive country for actual delivery to a friend or relative in the “home country.” We call these“Close-to-Home” products”.
Of course, the products or services also could be used by the consumers themselves, in their adoptive countries. However, the greatest potential revenue stream is from consumers trying to help family or friends in the “home country.”
