My concern with securing any new funding sources is the cost. Chances are they finance with warrents or PIPES...Neither of which I like in the least. The other option is dillution which I dislike as much.

The stock is behaving like it is under one of the above scenarios which brings us concern.

The other is if we have a major holder dumping to raise capital. I need to do research to confirm my suspicions and search some SEC filings to validate...then again...they file so few SEC filings. We also may be seeing the dumping churning the float as others join. So we may be seeing a cascade effect. Too little data right now to rule anything out...we should all be DDing it.
