Bid UT, Strong bid support, thin ask

When you have fall on low volume, bottom is always indicated by where bid support is located. For days, we had 4 or 5 MMs sitting on 0.03. When we finally touched that level today, Bids start UT'ing and we'll see the beginnings of another uptrend.

Saw the same thing happen with PLRS. Had the same fall on low volume, hit long time bid support at 0.015, then went on a run to 0.08.
