Roanoke Technology Corp. Releases Revenue Projections

ROANOKE RAPIDS, N.C., Aug 21, 2001 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Roanoke
Technology Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: RNKE) released revenue projections today
for the next three calendar years.

"We have a great line up of products. With our ability to address any vertical

move to the next level and address a national market," said David L. Smith,
President & CEO of RTC. "We have spent the last 14 months developing
infrastructure, staff, and products to prepare us for the national market.

"Our projections for calendar year 2002 are $5.6 million in revenues. For 2003
we estimate $10 million in revenues and then $15 million in calendar year 2004.
We believe these projections to be our best estimate, using conservative
figures, but taking into account the strong acceptance for our new products in
our test markets."
