Seems like a bunch of fluff to me. Here is my press release to Flannery:

I am one of many shareholders in this company, and I have no faith that you have our best interests at heart. I am not a day trader, and it has been my undoing to date that I have chose to hold Axia in my portfolio for many months now. Despite your recent press release to try and cool tempers my legitimate concerns remain. You provided no numbers, or useful concrete facts of any kind, but suggested that they will be forth coming. Does that mean tomorrow or some time between now and August? I want to know the basic facts about Axia as a company and investment, but for the moment I will simplify it down to just a few related questions.
1) How many outstanding shares are there in Axia?
2) Is Axia diluting the float? If so, why?
3) Why are you so secretive with this information?
4) Do you think that it is good for Axia to keep its shareholders in the dark, guessing as to what you may be doing?
5) How do you explain the chart of Axia in the last 4 months, and why should I not be worried?
I assure you that I understand that bringing a new technology to market is difficult, but this is a different subject all together than transparency of the finances of Axia. For the success of Axia I implore you to change your secrecy to transparency. Give us confidence that you are working for us, not against us.
