Vspc was talking about actually producing the batteries themselves instead of just selling licensing to others.

Just my theory maybe they wanted Conrnell to help pay for it with the cheap stocks instead of taking out a loan, and correct me if Im wrong but i dont think Cornell can sell back the stocks right away.
