You're kidding, right?

"Kim.. it's kinda hard to start production without power.. they only just got the survey and blueprints for the electrical substation approved so they could begin to plan for providing power."... a prior post.

Unico and Rocky Mountain Power agreed on the best location for the sub-station awhile ago.

Then Unico submitted the appropiate blueprints and they were approved.

Ya see, it's kind of a backwards deal...


The real point here though, is everything is approved and moving forward... isn't that what you want?
