"The final authority - I looked this up under SEC
rules. TKO must file its year-end 10K within 75 days
after December 31 since its market cap is between $75
million and $700 million. That means Friday. Unless
there is some other news, I assume , as usual, there
will be no earnings press release, just the 10K
filing. By the way, the 10Q must be filed within 40
days from the end of the other three quarters."
Hope this helps and does look like this Friday will be the day for earnings!
