keshan, it's just something in my gut. i have no facts to back it up. it is stricly mho. my gut tells me listing won't happen until more contracts are signed and steady revenue can be shown for more than 1 quarter. i understand that the contract with mcpfee should do this, but i don't think the listing will come until that relationship is firmly established or ekor is certified and a contract is struck with the d.o.e. when revenue and earnings are firmly established then i see a nasdaq listing. also, i think nasdaq looked at the limited number of shares available and weighed that against the tech. euro had the rights to. the way it was, euro was stuck with what they had. nasd looks past the present and asseses the possibilities for future growth. i think they saw euro as somewhat having their hands tied. the issue of the shares is now resolved, but i think now nasd will look to see how they are going to be used befor granting a listing.
