hopefully someone answers you jdm...I heard him say the 'certificates' (is that the word he used?) are being sent out and then something about going to the TA (the one listed in the Ibox)...since I have no understanding whatsoever about the private company shareholders I don't know the process. All I know is when I asked him why the o/s shares increased he said it was because of the private shareholders....(the float did not increase)
