This may be fitting or not but what the hell.

IMO of course.

I see it just like this. The battle lines are drawn and both sides are preparing. As I sit among my young war dogs I can see smell and taste fear in them. But I see a sense of duty and honor and eagerness. I think at sunrise the big guns on both sides will open up with there barrages. The naval guns will fire there salvos and the heavy bombers will hit deep inland. The red blood will flow freely

Close air support will come in screaming like an angry eagle. Then the armor supported by the troops will advance some formation will be in an echelon left others right some will be on line as others will be in a wedge. Individual field commanders take charge of you men move fast and decisive we have our battle plan and orders but have one chance to break threw and pushes the enemy back.

As in all great battles the SGT and CPL will push there men forward some will fall others will be wounded most will press on. Crew serve weapon teams will lay a base of fire with heavy machine guns and mortars. Tomorrow win or loose our army will hold together but I feel if the reinforcements do not poor in and the Generals do not move quick and decisively then this will turn into just another quagmire. We will be force to slug it out in trenches.

I will stay to the end win or loose death before surrender death before dishonor. I swear to all I have never given ground up under fire in two campaigns or at work. Retreat or falling back is not in my vocabulary. That alone might be my very down fall oh well it is what it is. So best to luck to all of us regardless of what side you are on best of luck to all. Stay low move fast squeeze do not jerk the trigger one shot one kill and make every round count. I think it will be up close and personnel tomorrow. Good night all.
