I will bet everybody here a dollar, that the NASD has nothing to do with the lenght of time that has transpired since the so called paper-work was turned in back in September.
In November 2006, a MMer could file a 211 with the NASD on a Wed, have comments back on the following Tuesday, reply to those comments on that Wed, and have a ticker symbol within a week of that Wed.
