I don't think AMEP needs any clearance to release accurate PR's. They have chosen silence while the SEC pokes around. The voting out of the BDC was just the first step in solving these serious SEC problems. It might take a year or two to see the results of the SEC "inquiry". Maybe the next SEC filing (hopefully a non-BDC filing) will shed some light onto what has really been going on. The market doesn't seem to be impressed with this first step.
