to all- the ups credit facility is done when xkem is able to drawn down on the money, they are not able to so it is not "DONE" , it is in its absolute final stages , 96 percent complete but note done, am i extremely confident it will be done- yes, the second it is done the company will pr it, you think you guys are pulling your hair out ya gotta see Irete, Basu and Pandey they have 2 strands of hair left between the 3 of them
