I am thinking more of a 4B Mkt cap for the buyout scenario, if the data is good.

Still think it is a friendly short and mgmt knows very well who they are and when they will cover.

If they don't have to dilute right now, a VC buying in the open mkt to support the price first and then a partner later at the higher prices.

Should be alot of data and new trials coming in the next several weeks.
