Diluting the common stock is quite common.

The mortality rate for OTCBB is very high.

OTCBB mostly for novice investor. Which would you rather buy, GS at 200.00 or MOBL.OB at .04 ? the little guy, many times thinks it better to have more shares of a junk company then less share of a quality company.

Just like everything else, in general, you get what you pay for. But you can get lucky once in a while.

AAGH could make it but the odds are against it.
