There are more ways to restructure than just an RS. A dividend buyback in parallel with a reverse merger and possibly an RS on a small scale would work fine for those with enough shares at a min. share price of $3. Turek knows the math. Many longs with large positions are in touch with him. They will definitely be letting him know that their $10's of thousands invested in PLNI will not go for 1-10k RS as some like to imply without a clue.
Even at 100mm shares/10000 = 10k shares x $3/share = $30k.
I know Turek won't allow long investors this scenerio at the average cost of those 100mm bought over the last two plus years. The RS scenerio is just plain BS.
