I looked up public information on Michael W. and it looks like a very checkered past, lots of lawsuits for not paying his bills, bankruptcies, and an order from the judge not to post anything about MSEM - looks like Michael is just stirring the pot because thats what people like him do. Anyway, I can't believe anybody would ever listen to a word he says. Why would people listen to anybody who is going against a court order about posting about MSEM - he knnows that if he is sued by MSEM it would only hurt the company financially - as Michale has zero assets to pay anything - he is a desperate man reduced to desperate actions. I can forward you everything on Michael W. should you want to read it.
