Seems a call to Aaron at Transfer Online to check on the A/S that were reportedly 725,000,000 (afer a retiring of 75,000,000 shares reported to the State of NV Secretary of State). Well, low and behold it was still 800,000,000.

Then a call to Bernard Spiegel's office and get a different take on the audit from someone who says "not to hold them to it", but he thinks they did NOT sign an engagement letter and passed on the assignment.

Seems my phone calls always yield different information totally then what gets spread around.
