I'm guessing that they are calling the recent meeting(if they actually had one)the 2006 meeting. They can delay the 2007 meeting until mid 2008. When is their next filing due? Everyone I have communicated with voted aganist and to withhold on all items, not that it makes any difference. I would sure like to know what is going on. I only have a small loss so far so I don't plan on selling, but I am disapointed at the waste of the opportunity they had. Good Trading,
