Guess what? They have all the permits they need "approved" right now...
I have always conveyed information regarding UNICO when I thought it would help the longs. Oct.1st? Yep, based on what IR thought at the time. I have since not set any timeline... until now.
Obviously some of us know something you don't. Not because it is inside information or something anyone could know... it's because... "we are not lazy..."
