Why would they say reverse merger?? That would signal the end of the equity of this stock and they wouldn't be able to sell their insider shares. Any time a private company takes over a publc company on the bulletin board or pinks its a reverse merger. Where have you been? It is obvious now what is happening. A reverse merger with a russian company who will have 95% of the new equity after the reverse split. Its how it works and happens all the time.
