Not happen... as they will find an excuse to keep that dangling carrot (audit) out in front of you as naive investors make excuses for the reason its delayed.

Will happen...This company will either put out bogus numbers that cannot be verified by the SEC or

If the company wants to come clean and finally seperate themselves... private vs. public NWOG.... they will come out with real numbers (that noone will like) so they can finally cash in once and for all in a semi-legitimate manner. An honest audit will do the trick there, however investors will be in for a shock. What about the ______ assets? Oh, mister shareholder you don't understand...thats the private NWOG tht owns this.
