I know I'm getting way ahead of myself here, but I've been thinking about the potential for this stock 5, 10, 15 years out. (Forgive me if all of this ground has been covered. I may be stating the obvious, but I haven't seen it discussed here in a while.)

I am not expert, but I have been thinking about nuclear energy vs. fossil fuels and ethanol and why the former isn't the dominant fuel in the U.S.

I think we can run up to a multi million dollar valuation, maybe even a billion eventually. But down the line if we want to become like Exxon, Schlumberger or BP we will have to win the PR war over nuclear energy. There is a long history of fear of nuclear power in this country ("No nukes!") and for this reason I believe the biggest part of the early growth of uranium stocks will come from overseas. Europe and especially Asia don't have the same "boogie man" view of nuclear power that we have in the U.S. Although this is changing somewhat, we still have a long way to go before nuclear energy is the dominant fuel in this country.

Why it should be is that it is the cleanest fuel available. Even ethanol releases a high amount of environmental pollutants that make it not much better than oil. Coal has a lot of problems, too. If it weren't for the irrational fear of nuclear energy it would be the biggest no brainer of the millennium.

In other words, it's early days for uranium stocks and buying GLXI now could be like buying railroad stocks in the 1850s.
