Thanks...my post wasn't meant to stir up trouble, doubt or fear among investors...we have enough of those opinions flying about regardless of what I write. However, it did serve as a benchmark, at least for me, that we're nearing a tolerance threshold where there is a need for some kind of response or update from the company...whether that comes or not is obviously up to Sam's discretion.

I think sometimes it doesn't translate on the boards, but obviously some of your detractors (you probably have them on ignore anyway) mischaracterize you as Sam's toady because you are always espousing his virtues and have complete confidence in his vision and execution of the business plan in spite of the various firestorms that Strat has endured thus far.

I think what many people don't realize is that you aren't so much that way as it appears in this forum...at least to the extent that I've been exposed to. Rich, Brent and perhaps some others who know you more directly I'm sure would attest to that as well. I remember a conference call where I was rather surprised at your candor in speaking with Sam while addressing several issues and questions that concerned many shareholders. Had most people been in that position (myself included), they probably would've been more deferential in speaking to the CEO. However, I've witnessed you holding Sam's feet to the fire so to speak and I applaud that in your role as an unofficial representative of the shareholders. I'm not saying you want to piss him off, but it was clear to me that you weren't a patsy, so I do know where you're coming from and appreciate when you report any discussions back to the board.

Regards,

Rick
