after studying the nid notes themselves and reviewing the 25 k nid used versus new the viet nam vinyl notes will probably hold up better than the 25k nid's simply because the viet's are smaller and smoother ,less porous, than the nids' .the nid is rough to the touch even with the new uncirculated notes. the last batch of nid's i bought were grimey and dirty. alot were written on with arabic writing and exclamation points etc.
