Fair Comments Marty Re ENGY...Some things you should know...

I'm gonna go back to June of this year but I think its very relevant.

Back on July 18 an 8K was filed announcing the resignation of Director/CEO/CFO Bowers, (I think he filled the coffee machine as well). The effective date of the resignation was June 5, 2003. While it was only reported a month and a 1/2 later I assume there must have been at least some shareholders who were aware of it prior.

The appended letter of resignation made a couple very alarming assertations:

"My decision to resign is based on the lack of adequate funds to provide for any continued corporate efforts including those required by the various regulatory agencies which over see an govern public organizations."

AND

"It is my opinion that the shareholders of Enviro-Energy Corporation are being ignored in the pending transactions. I also believe that these pending actions are in part being taken to cover up illegal acts by control people within the Company."

Now pull up a chart of ENGY which includes the period just prior to and after June 5th when that letter of resignation is dated. As I said, I assume there must have been at least some shareholders aware of his departure....

Look at the volumes...From the date of the actual filing, July 18th to August 8th not one day's trading of 1 million shares or more according to my numbers. Early July actually saw ENGY go on a mini run on heavy volume, without any news or promotion.

As for the CRG (thesubway) opinions...nothing came out until after the big volume spikes of Oct. 20 and 21. Frankly the only time I see those CRG opinions is when they put one out on a stock I own. I'd just as soon they weren't there as I hate promotion, but there they are.

Finally the most recent volume spikes of Nov. 14 and 17 (this past Friday and Monday)....they came in spite of the fact that ENGY filed that their financials would be late....

Anyway, enough rambling

If you want to taste the fruit, you have to go out on a limb. But if you wait for the herd to move out on the limb....the branch tends to snap.
