Ok, I see there a few people interested publicly as well as a few in my PM's already so here it is.

Now to be FAIR, I want everyone to understand that this is completely hearsay because:

1. It was NOT directly from Mr. Spiegel himself.

2. I did not get the name of the gentleman

3. The gentleman told me "NOT TO HOLD HIM TO THIS"

THIS IS ONLY WHAT I WAS TOLD IN A CONVERSATION WITH MR. SPIEGEL'S ASSOCIATE AND MAY OR MAY NOT BE TRUE, BUT I AM HONEST ENOUGH TO ADMIT THAT TO YOU AND IN NO WAY DO I PRESENT THIS AS 100% FACTS, ONLY WHAT I WAS TOLD.


On March 12th, 2007 I called Mr. Spiegels office at approximately 4:30 pm (Pacific time).

A gentleman answered the phone and I asked to speak to Bernard Spiegel, he advised me that he was out of town until Wednesday or Thursday and could he help me with anything.

I responded by asking him if I could inquire as to if someone has retained Spiegel to do an audit for a corporation.

He chuckled a little and said, let me guess is this about Sulja Bros.? I answered yes and he became silent.

I proceeded to ask him if there was any confidentiality issues barring him from verifying information like that and he told me that there are confidentiality issues involved BUT that Bernie may be willing to confirm or deny if I am a shareholder or an investment banker. I did NOT tell him I was a shareholder since I am not but he continued anyways. I informed him that his Firms name and his personal name are littered on the internet and investment boards as having signed an engagement letter to perform an audit for Sulja Bros. and that the reason I wanted to confirm or deny such information was to advise him that if he had not, he may be being used as a part of a disinformation campaign since it was disturbing that the Company of Sulja has not PR'd a statement to that.

He said to me, and I wont quote because it may have been slightly different wording.

DONT HOLD ME TO THIS, BUT I BELIEVE MR. SPIEGEL WAS ENTERTAINING TAKING THE

ASSIGMENT WITH SULJA BUT DID NOT SIGN AN ENGAGEMENT LETTER FOR AN AUDIT AS HE PASSED ON THE ASSIGNMENT.

Please call if you choose, he may be willing to at least say a similar thing to you.
