I'm out and looking to re-enter around 1.60

I realize that Maxwell and the insiders want to unload millions of shares. One way or another they will sell those shares. The mailers started 2 weeks ago and there has been no effect from them or the PR's.

Another concern is Red Rock and their financing.
Very often these venture companies will loan money to start-ups and then short the stock and drive the price down to re-coup their investment. Then, they will send it up, convert options to purchase shares and then let it rip ...taking profit and they are out.

Not sure if they doing this with RSPG...but I wouldn't be surprised.

Based on the action today....it may not be long before I may be back in.

Love the RSPG story and the business plan.
Hate Maxwell and the slimey way they do business.
