Tall, you are right! All the financials are for is to get the company fully reporting so the merger can take us to higher exchanges. The numbers are all from the past and we know right now FCCN is no more than a shell with no assets and no revenues. The financials are the key to completing the merger. Today's reclassification of the company allows for the company to pay off the CD and that again cleans up the shell for the merger. 2 steps, both happening this week!
