According to Scottrade, they are going to pay a divi but they still haven't gotten the date confirmed. I would imagine once all this is confirmed the market will see this co in a better light and it will move. Also, earnings should be out soon IF I am getting the right date for their last reporting. I would expect something soon as Palomar seems to be doing everything in their power to build shareholder value.

My idea's are just that. Everyone must do their own DD or they are doomed to others mistakes.
