In the near future? I can see MSEM having a new bottom of around 10 cents. Look closely at this chart below: In february it bottomed out at around 3 cents, in March it bottomed out at 7 cents, that's a higher low than before.
Really with MSEM, everything is fine right now. It's just a matter of some good news, and I see no reason to believe that there won't be.
