Well they're not the typical options. I have 10% of my pay taken out every check and at the end of each quarter Comcast will buy shares for me with money at a 15% discount off the lowest price of the stock during the quarter it's a guaranteed money maker. The last 2 quarters I've made %50 each time. This quarter won't be as good since Comcast stock has been steadily going down. Chances are I'll make just the 15% from the discount since the lowest price of the quarter will probably be the last day of the quarter LOL.
