I noticed Allen did not say what year this would happen. I ask this only in context of an earlier post where the schedule seemed to be '3 months or 3 years.' This information, if true, if it holds, may explain why there is a little uptick in the pps.

OT: After 18 months in Iraq, am heading home. Be in Austin this March 31, 2007.
