the old Naked Short Sell? I don't know, but it looks interesting. That is an excellent question. Please post the answer if you get it from someone. If I owned any shares I would call the T/A and ask them. What state are they incorporated in? Someone could call and get the current A/S, sometimes the A/S isn't updated right away...
