I talked to him...

... early last week, cannot remember the day. I posted it.

He was pretty much incommunicado.

If those Audited Filings don't get posted on Edgar soon, he's gonna be getting another call. Friendly like.

When I first contacted him, he had just completed the books for 2006 and was just sending them out to the auditor. I noted then that this exceeds the requirements for submission. This was posted also.
