Golden Cross only applies if 50 dma is rising above a rising or flatlined 200 dma.

I didn't see this happening in BUGS, so thus no effect and its not representative of the Golden Cross rule. Remember 200 dma cannot be falling when cross occur.

In NVMG however, a true Golden Cross is bound to happen later this week.
