To clarify further, mike is right:
Nasdaq advises that as a consequence of the marketplace - Nasdaq rules, purchasers in the market on or before March 26, 2007 will get the dividend; conversely, March 9 record shareholders who sell their shares on or before March 26, 2007 will not get the dividend.
