Yep could be you didn't install the MSFT update KB931836, thats one of the ones that corrected the daylight savings time auto program for 2007. Checked and I had it.

You can usually check your MSFT XP update history by loading the update program and then clicking the view history of updates tab. But thats just for interest as you can just change the time manually right now and forget about it for many months.
