No, I am not part of the lawsuit...would never join the "disgruntled" plaintiffs anyway...several jokers and their disingenuous lawyers (that's redundant, eh?) had tried to take control of Allenergy when Rodger Garrity, former CEO and now deceased husband of Frankie Garrity, current principal and director, was desperately trying to turn the company around. They have so far failed to prove any value of their lawsuit and indeed it may get thrown out imminently. I suspect they may have been part of the recent selloff. I will check with Larry Sanford to see if he wants to reveal the original terms of the conv. pfd at this time. Stay the course with ALRY and call me "gruntled".
