I am losing money in this one and am very angry at myself for falling into this trap of this buyout. Its total BS and I feel for it. I am very angry at myself.

There will be no buyout, there will be a reverse merger after the insiders finish selling all their shares to destroy the equity and then do a reverse split. The buyers of this shell will want the common equity as low as possible so that when they issue new shares in the buyout the foreign owner will own most of the company. That is why the market cap is so small here and shrinking. It'll continue to shrink down to about 500k which is the value of a shell.

Any common holder who think they are going to make money on this "buyout" is kidding themselves. I sold my shares and took my licking this afternoon.
