I assume the "The new Pocketop Corp" as per the press release is Pocketop International Ltd. as per the State of Delaware:

Did anyone find out what the Authorized shares was for Pocketop International (Delaware file number 4233887).

I couldn't care less about the Authorized for Pocketop Corp (file number 4179811)
